Why use us?

The financial datasets given are from all US companies and the 10-Q and 10-K filings come directly from the SEC database. This is provided in an Excel format as shown in the example below. This raw data runs from 2008 till today depending on the company. The data is uploaded to this website as soon as possible which should be within 24 hours of a release of the SEC filing. Important note* This data is only as complete as the SEC database and therefore some items might be missing in the Excel files. See terms and conditions for more information.
